Very cute and clean place. Near at one end of the street there is delicious authentic pizza place and on the other end gelato place. Very beautiful and wonderful host also. TV showed Netflix, AC was working, windows had automatic blindfolds etc.

Very very nice and spacious property, with everything you need in it. The host was the kindest of all. He was always at our service whenever we needed help and he even brought us some local delicacy in the morning, which we highly appreciated. They also have a dog that greeted us every morning with it's cute little toy in it's mouth, ready to play with us. Very very pleased with choosing this property while visiting Como and I would definitely come back if I have the chance!

I am not one to post a review however this property and its owner Alessandro truly deserve it. Perfect location, excellent and comfortable spacious rooms with all amenities one may need. Alessandro (property owner) greeted us on arrival and was available to assist us with any request or advice we required. We even had a mishap that required us to stay an extra night and Alessandro insisted on not charging us for this although I offered several times. Its like we knew each other for years. Amazing chap. You deserve every success. Positively impressed.

For any help, I received a fast response. Our host helped us with taxi needs. She even helped us get a last minute stay at one of her properties due to us having to cancel our other accommodation. We seemed to have everything we needed for our stay! (Just FYI, No dryer so need to hang clothes) We were within walking distance to the city center.

It is perfect if you come, like us, without a car, as it is close by foot to the San Giovanni train station and to bus stations. There are also many great restaurants nearby (5-10 minutes of walking from the property), some of which were recommended by our host, who is friendly and helpful. The room itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was an important part of an overall great travel experience.

A cofee machine, fridge, air condition and addition heating in a bedroom. Location is amazing, in the heart of the city centre close to a wonderful flowershop. Olga kindly provide us with the information of local siteseeings and current events in local churches ( we spent Easter holliday there). The balcony gets the sun in the afternoon if you like sunbathing. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The bed was comfy. Ideal for couples.

You can relax at the pool and on the terrace in the garden. The breakfast is just amazing / fabulous :-) The parking space for your car and the short walk to the city center and the lake, makes it a perfect location. The hosts are very friendly and give you good restaurant suggestions. We’ll love to come back to this nice B&B.
