The place has good ratings and it IS good! Very clean, confortable, rather quiet, probably the best I ever had in relation to the price. I didn't meet any staff, but you can write an email and you will get what you asked for. Nice surroundings - a big, beautiful park, a market mall in the surroundings - absolutely see "Pavillon Manhattan", a mall where you can get fresh food , polish season's fruit and vegetables, some old fashioned stuff. The building itself is of architectural interest. You can walk downtown - 20 -30 minutes or take a streetcar - 10 min.

Every thing, we got a bit lost finding No21 building, but the lady came within 5 minutes of phoning her to show us up to our apartment, the apartment was immaculate, bed was very comfortable, balcony was a great view, there are 2 Shops within walking distance, one at either end of the street, across the street was a lovely sushi restaurant which we went to 3 times, the apartment was close to all that we wished to see, the lady owner was very kind and helpful, i could not fault the apartment in any way, the area was quiet and peaceful.

The bed is good. Bathroom is small but ok. As tourist I am happy to find this apartment. But there is no cooking facility, just a microwave which for us is not a problem. Downstairs under apartment there are many restaurants, in 50 meter in the old city hall basement is a wonderful brewery & restaurant - good food. The building has no elevator.
