The host Sébastien was amazing, very kind person and very informative about the surrounding area, plus there’s plenty of informations inside the studio about the small villages, and activities you can do around lake Annecy. Supermarket nearby and 5 min bike away from the lake. Absolutely recommended!

Sebastian is a terrific host who made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of tips about what to do in the area. The apartment was very well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The electric shutters and fan helped to counter the heatwave. The balcony was a real joy and where we spent most of our afternoons. The whole apartment was well furnished and really rather stylish. The position is excellent and we felt that staying in St Jorioz was the better option than staying in Annecy. There is an excellent Super U supermarket in walking distance and a brilliant boulangerie just on the edge of town in the direction of Duignt. The lakeside beach is also close by and is a lovely place to cool down after a trek. There is excellent walking virtually on the doorstep and countless outdoor activities are available. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Lake Annecy is utterly spectacular and it’s hard to think of a better place to enjoy it from.

Extremely well furnished and comfortably stylish apartment in a prime location in the centre of the old town of Annecy. The balcony was a huge bonus allowing the perfect viewpoint for people watching and al fresco dining. Key collection was smooth and efficient and contact with the host/ owner was quick and professional. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return again in the near future.

At the apartment you will find a restaurant serving Italian cuisine. If there was a higher score I would of given it- but 10/10 will do. The property may be a little hard to find when you first arrive, it’s quite a discreet door- which adds character to it. It’s in an old building, right at the top (Duplex apartment). But once you open the door you immediately feel like you are in a luxury building ! The property is absolutely beautiful, lots of natural light, extremely clean, stunning decoration,has all the equipment you need for a short stay- including spices etc. The tub is the icing on the cake- after a nice meal in the evening, you get back to the apartment and relax in there. You step out and you are on the Main Street of the “old town”- can not get better than this. So busy outside, yet you don’t hear any noise in the property. We loved our time here, and of course lastly we have to mention the host. Sebastien is a gem- very accommodating, friendly. Gave us recommendations where to eat, helped getting a taxi to the airport. We really appreciated everything. Thank you.
