An absolutely stunning location with view over Lake Constance (Bodensee). We were surrounded by vineyards and orchards and the hotel is perfect for anyone wishing to have a quiet holiday. The staff were superb, as was breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble in this warm and welcoming environment. This was our second visit, and we will endeavour to come along again hopefully in the not too distant future.

2 blocks from bus at top of old town- kirche stop- , which goes from friedrichshafen station to konstanz. Upper town much nicer than below, great views. Apartment is a basement and looks so, dont want to spend time in room, dark but cool. Excellent modern bathroom, small kitchen area in hallway has all you need.
