One of the best apartments we have ever stayed. It was clean and spacious, and the absolutely best thing was the big terrace with great views. We especially liked to sit there to have dinner and watch amazing sunsets. And also the view from the bedroom window upstairs was great. Heated swimming pool was also nice and usually not crowded at all. Small grocery store was near by, and several bigger ones also at walking distance. Due to apartments’ location there were a lot of stares to climb, but that was good exercise :)

The appartment was great and close to the town centre.. the out door seating are is the best we have ever stayed.. juan who met us was so helpful. We were worried about getting in as we know it is a gated complex however we made a call to the number on the booking reference and juan came and got us straight away so no need to worry. All though the complex is huge there is only one main big entrance with large gates which made meeting us easy.. the pool was amazing and offer quiet we didn’t struggle to get a sun bed

The classic apartment was a perfect set up for my family of 5. The older kids could stay in the downstairs bedroom and they had their own bathroom. The apartment was very modern and clean. The daily cleaning service / changing of towels was nice. The Spar at the hotel was wonderful to be able to get cheap snacks and alcohol, and the gelato shop was also delicious and convenient. There weren't a lot of restaurants within walking distance - but the Bar El Boya was an excellent casual tapas restaurant and I highly recommend.

The reception staff and all the cleaning staff were really friendly. There is a Spar by the main entrance. The facilities are really modern. A big swimming pool with tonnes of deckchairs. There is also an adult pool, however we didn't use it. The apartment was perfect, with a really good sized living room and kitchen that was fully equipped. Really strong wifi. Even though it is a resort, we had the impression that there were no loud noises coming from the common areas. The swimming pools were big and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the beach bar and restaurant 222. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of things you could choose from. The bathroom could use a renovation.

Second year in a row we’ve been here and such a relaxing place to stay. Fantastic swimming pool, on site supermarket and snack bar is super convenient and means you can spend lazy days by the pool. Need transport to sight see, but close drive to water parks, theme parks and port de Mogan. Loads of parking on site. Gym & fitness centre very good. Swimming pool area very nice. Availability of the supermarket (Spar) inside the hotel is very good. I stayed in the premium room, which had a hot tub on the balcony. This was superb. Highly recommend paying the extra money to upgrade. Overall the hotel is very clean and I am already planning my next stay there.
