Very nice place, beautiful views and beach. Kids loved it. Home was clean and nice. Warm shower and good kitchen. Internet and TV. Outside patio was nice with quiet evenings. Good distance from Edinburgh by car.

Beautiful caravan, so clean and comfortable. Owner was amazing, when we had a couple issues with the caravan we contacted Brian and within the hour the issues were fixed. Amazing service! Brian was available to answer any questions. Site itself is very clean. On site shop, restaurants, pool and entertainment. Caravan is in a nice quiet spot but just a couple minutes to the complex. Caravan had everything we needed. Car space right at the door too compared to some of the other caravans on site. Nice decking to sit on outside and fenced in which is great with kids. Kids did not want to leave!

Clean and simple - if you are there with a family, then it is good value and you are close to Edinburgh and the lovely East Lothian Coast.

The caravan is really beautiful with so many homely touches. The place is nice, cozy and spotless clean. Communication with the host was a pleasure! Justina replied to all our queries very fast, she was very helpful and kind. We also enjoyed swimming pool and the big playground. The trip to Edinburgh was easy and pleasant. The bus no 26 took us straight from the Seton Sands Holiday Village through (Edinburgh city centre) Princess street to the Zoo 🤩

There were enough practical pieces of kitchen equipment to dine in the caravan etc. The main shower room was roomier than expected. **communication prior to stay seemed good and check in was smooth.
