Very well kitted out for a caravan. All very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space and has 2 toilets! They have a shop in the caravan site which sells food and stuff and I kid you not it’s probably cheaper than Asda and considering there’s no other shops for miles, they could charge what they like. So big respect to them.

The property was perfect for our group who were attending Margate Soul Festival. Adequate parking to side, and ample space inside with all 6 of us having a bed space. It suited our group well as a base to meet, cook, shower and sleep peacefully. Location is 5 mins to Margate Centre in a taxi so easy enough to get around.

I cycled tot he camp site. The pod was fantastic. Close tot the toilets and shower. The check in, bar and restaurant service and swimming pool team were helpful and kind and provided friendly service through out my stay.

Absolutely beautiful inside and out! We were so surprised by how lovely it actually was. Everything was immaculate, the fridge was stocked with drinks, the bed was so so comfy, and there was even a dishwasher. No detail had been missed! The host responded quickly and returned our deposit on the same day we departed, very helpful and friendly. The evening entertainment was great for our little one too. We will definitely return again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is more than a hotel or business it's very special family project, a life's work, a dream in the making. It is in prime position for a tidal sea swimming pool - not for the faint hearted. It's on a lovely easy circular coastal walk taking in Broadstairs. We loved our unique stay.

Loved the cage lift. Room was decorated in period style. Enjoyed wandering around looking at the exhibits - I hadn't heard about the hotel's link with artist Tracey Emin. Staff all lovely and very helpful. A short walk to the tidal swimming pool.

Perfect spot, I had no car, but 3 bus routes drop you close by in 10 mins from town Huge amount of space next to the cabin, the small swimming pool was lovely, all to myself! Great cooking facilities and the en suite shower better than mine at home! Very clean throughout Julie & John were very hospitable and friendly. I wish I had planned a few more days, felt very rested after my stay Highly recommend

Perfect for a trip away with your partner.

The house full of light and is relaxing to be in, The facilities are good as is the location, particularly for outdoor swimmers who appreciate the magnificent Walpole tidal pool, which is a short walk away. We would stay again. Responsive management - they answered a query we had regarding the working of the hob immediately.
