Amazing friendly stuff that was available at all time helped us with recommendations and became friends with one of the workers. We went out with him on his birthday! The facility was clean and price worthy. A kitchen, balcony, pool and bedrooms. They cleaned our room 2 team on a one week staying. Nice location 5 minutes walk from the Main Street of Ypsos.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay, the facilities were amazing. The shower was much much better than other places on the island. Everything that we needed was supplied to us and we were also given a complimentary drink on arrival! The two TVs in the two bedrooms had Netflix and Amazon prime. The air conditioning was amazing for the hot weather and the access to the pool was such a treat on the hotter days. The property is located very close to the beach and the strip with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The host was such a lovely person and was extremely helpful with anything we asked. Kostas is such a nice man and I could not recommend this accommodation more to anyone! It was just perfect! :)

Amazing experience! George, Lucia and the whole staff had been very kind, friendly and super professional. The apartments are near Ipsos beach but you’d better rent a car or some scooters to get to the beach and to visit other parts of the island as well. The rooms were very good with all necessary equipment, and being the place above the sea level the temperature at night is perfect: we didn’t have to use AC during our average three or four hours of sleep. The restaurant is great as well, with both traditional Greek and general-taste dishes and many different options for breakfast. Now some tips you could find useful during your stay. Water from pipes is not drinkable and a strange bacterium seems to move through water but don’t be scared, if you get sick you probably got covid. Do not disturb other guests when you use the pool especially if they are Dutch and you usually stir up when playing water polo. If you get constipated because of the travel, just take the “Greek yogurt, peanuts and honey” breakfast and an espresso without sugar and you are good to go. English guests tend to drink a bit but they are fun and friendly, maybe too chatty, but they are super generous and they can give you their room if you need it for particular occasions. Last but not least: if you have a car, just put it in neutral when you leave the place and go towards Ipsos beach, it’s very risky and fun at the same time, and if you are lucky enough you could break our record! Tips apart, you can’t find a place better than this one for your stay in Ipsos, so rent your rooms here before others wiser than you steal your place!
