Liam the night porter was extremely apologetic and had us moved to a main street facing apartment in no time. We were well looked after during our stay even before the leak. We booked into the swimming pool twice and as part of covid measures had the pool to ourselves. Lots of space for outdoor dining. We had a relaxing drink while watching our kids play in the playground.
