Superb view over the sands and the rock outcrops. Only 6 spacious rooms and a large lounge and dining room. Small but clean and refreshing pool. Good meals, made and served by friendly staff. Nice restaurant facing to the animals. The animal feed time are amazing, as well as staff attitude are sincerely makes us feel comfortable. Must see safaris as well.

Food was excellent, rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Very nice little pool plus a 2-person sauna (big bonus for chilly nights and mornings). It's owned by a family who have lived there for a long time, so it felt very well taken care of, with lots of thoughtful little additions. We stayed at the Mountain View Villa with all the comfort needed (like Braii/Fireplace, pool) plus a view upon a waterhole were we could observe giraffes, gnus and oryx and a beautiful sky full of stars. They served us a private, very delicious breakfast and dinner in the villa. Beside the villa there are chalets with self or full service and camp sites.

We were lucky enough to arrive while the nearby (40km away) lily pan at Sandhof farm was in bloom, so we got a chance to see this world-famous sight the next morning. Staff were friendly and helpful, the small pool was very welcome after a long dusty day on the road, and the beer was very cold!
