Staff - Hassan, Musa, Emmanuel & Jamal were amazing hosts. Always made our stay there very comfortable with lovely stories. They tought my partner Swahili which was quite funny. They are very helpful already ready to help when called upon, and honored all of our wishes. Mr.Hassan organized a few surprises for me together with my partner which were executed to perfection! Food - The food at Jua is amazing, very exquisitely presented and served professionally. The menu is simple and not too crowded making it easy to make decisions on meals. They serve a proper 3 course meal at dinner and we literally loved and tried every single item on the menu the days we were there. Even their cutlery is elaborate and cute. Views - FANTASTIC. Location - Jua is not a busy hotel, it's very very intimate and offers access to a mostly private beach with very few tourists activities. Which is great if you want a true private retreat experience. Thanks for the lovely stay! Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!

We stayed at Mnana for 2 nights and wished to stay more. The rooms and their coconut ceilings are great. We were curious that there are no AC in our room but we realised that these ceilings are natural ACs and the room was cool all the time. The staff and the owner were great. But most importantly, the food was the best that we had on the island. Seafood was well seasoned and cooked. Best octopus curry and fish finger that we ate in our life. You should definitely make a long beach walk under the moonlight when it is low tide.

Everything. Beautifully made and run. Food is fantastic. Petra & Tomas are such amazing & friendly people. Their labour of love is the perfect place to unwind and have fun. Music, dance floor, darts, pool and a pool. The family bungalow with two rooms was perfect for our family of 3. Thank you Petra and Tomas for the wonderful stay.

Qambani is absolutely fantastic! The villa was amazing, beyond our expectations. Vast bedroom, beautiful decor, incredible views, lots of seating areas. The main area is beautiful, overlooking the sea, wide windows everywhere. The pool was big, perfect water temperature. Staff is thoughtful. Even did our laundry for free. The food is excellent, menu changes everyday and you can make special requests (for instance, we wanted lobsters for dinner so they prepared for us). Incredible fruit shakes and smoothies, the best we've had in Zanzibar. We recommend to book full board to enjoy all meals plus snacks in between.
