The receptionist (Ron! Give this man a raise please) is the kindest, funniest and most lovely Scot I came across here, maybe even the most lovely person of the UK, we had such a warm welcome by him, definitely an amazing way to kick off your stay! The other staff is also very very helpful and amongst the kindest I’ve ever come across in my years of traveling. Well that is just the beginning, now come the rooms. The decor is absolutely amazing, super warm and cozy. The bed is absurdly comfortable and big and the bathroom is extremely clean and modern. The corridors are clean and look very safe because they’re well equipped with a lot of firedoors, there’s carpet and look very safe and cozy just like the room.

First opened in 1902, The Balmoral now offers rooms with a spacious marble bathroom and an interactive TV. Many rooms have views towards Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town. The front door men were amazing and helpful. Front desk was good too.

Set just a few steps from Seton Sands Longniddry Beach, Edinburgh - Seton Sands-Cameo Caravan-Pet Friendly offers accommodation in Edinburgh with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as full-day security. Featuring an ATM, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. It was a great experience to be staying in a caravan. The unit is clean, towels are crisp clean, all necessary kitchen utensils are available, wifi is strong, good water heaters, beds are comfortable and the host Peter is very kind and nice! The nearest bus station is about 12 mins walk. It will take you an hour to travel going to the city center, but you get to see the neighboring towns and see interesting sights. Overall, we had a relaxing stay in the caravan.

Guests can enjoy the indoor pool at the apartment. Great communication from the owner from the start. Beautiful accommodation. Lovely view. Very thoughtfully stocked cupboards eg biscuits, tea and coffee and all the essential cupboard items you could need, especially when travelling with children. Super clean / hygienic and made us feel very safe in respect to Covid. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The units include a heated pool featuring quiet street views. At the guest house, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Mary and James are super!!! Best place we had so far on our road trip in Scotland!

The staff were all most pleasant, helpful and attentive and the public rooms were all comfortable and well kept. The restaurant and food quality were to a very high standard and all very acceptable.

Excellent accommodation with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Comfortable, spacious and clean. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Guests at Melfort Village have free access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi and the Gun Powder recreation room. There is a restaurant and bar on site, as well as a small village shop available in the village. Everything!! Excellent place. Highly recommended
