Everything about this hotel is alright for a 3 star. The housekeeper (an older lady) was soo kind and pleasant. I was in room 128, to help identify her. The bathroom SUCKED! Could definitely use updating. Come on Ramada do better!
This newly renovated hotel (formerly a Ramada) is a real bargain compared to the sky-high prices charged by most Victoria establishments. One can tell that the reno was done expeditiously and could use some follow up here and there, but the room was very roomy, had large comfortable beds (we got a suite, Room 405) for a very good price. Two Queens in the bedroom. A seperate sitting room and dining area with small, fully funtional kitchen (stove, fridge, micro, etc) Nice, modern, clean bathroom.
Nothing. Bad all around. But it was Close to hosptial. ( I was there for a procedure). STAY AT RAMADA SAME LOCATION! Only an extra $20-$40.
Great place to stay . Clean , comfortable & in a convenient location for shopping & restaurants. Yet surprisingly quiet given its location . The staff are always friendly and welcoming .The Ramada is definitely our hotel of choice when staying in Kelowna
A cosy, lovely small-town motel. Very well maintained, clean and tidy. We particularly liked the coffee machine and the comfy beds. Bonus points for extra coffee for free!
We were at the Ramada for less than 24 hours. We arrived at 19.00hours and left at 10am the following morning. The hotel was 'Ok' for what we required however it was expensive. We just needed to spend one night at a hotel near the airport. We arrived from Europe and flew to Calgary the following morning. It is very difficult to rate a place when you've only stayed for a night.
The breakfast was not up to standards set by some other Ramadas we have stayed at and is the only reason the receive any negative evaluations from us.
Accommodations were very comfortable, our only complaint would be the pet fee. Our 10lb senior dog does not require $25 per day of additional cleaning….a one time fee for stays longer than one night seems more reasonable. We’ve stayed at other Coast hotels, and frequently at Wyndham. When staff have met our pet, they often waive the fee or only charge a one time fee. It does feel like a money grab by Coast hotels. Otherwise, the room was very nice and staff very professional.
