NH Collection Andorra Palomé is a design hotel, with a peaceful location just 1.5km from Andorra’s Pal-Arinsal Ski Resort. We loved the location of this hotel. It was right next to a little stream which added to the relaxing environment. Also, the restaurant on site was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price! Our balcony looking at the mountains was also a great addition and the staff was fantastic!

Extremely well cared hotel with perfect service and cleanness. Very close to Ordino ski resort, with parking and nice restaurant and SPA. We got a room with amazing water cascade view. Good communication, easy to check despite a late arrival. The owners even took us to town in the morning as it was too early for a taxi! Upon leaving our car had a flat battery and the owners jumped it for us! Sure helpful and friendly....would highly recommed as a great case for exploring.

Very good service and customer orientation. Initially, we made a mistake and took the wrong number that we wanted. But they helped us to re-register for a suite with a minimum surcharge. Breakfast and dinner are beyond praise. The service and quality are at the level of Michelin restaurants and cheap. Javier, the manager responsible for the dining room, creates a cozy home environment. Thank you Javier! Special thanks to the reception manager Emanuel for prompt and high-quality assistance in solving our extra whims, we really appreciate it!
