I loved the hotel, the room was spacious and had beautiful Azerbaijani design everwhere, also the lightning was beautiful, the room really made me feel that I am in Azerbaijan and not in just another modern hotel room. The hotel has a very cute, clean and soft cat named Dybala, he is very playful and made me smile everytime i saw him. Location in the old town, exactly what I was looking for to feel the spirit of this old city, it gave me some Aladdin vibes that I really liked. Outside the port to the old city there is vibrant streets with alot of eating places, shops, market and modern city life. Most attractions outside the old city are not very far. The staff in the hotel was exceptional, very attentive, respectful with huge hospitality. They always ask if everything is alright, how is the room, do i need anything etc. Also when I arrived, Ali went outside with me twice and helped me take out money from ATM and get SIM card and data. The whole staff team are great. Ali really shines through he is always very serviceminded and sympathetic, providing a original and sincere Azerbaijan hospitality with kindness and humble attitude. I think he is a big asset for this hotel. I travel alot and this kind of service level is not very common anymore. Unless you pay with your kidney. The service level is very high. Highly recommended!
