Hotel Zuid is a family-run hotel with a peaceful and beautiful location at one of the entrances of the National Park Hoge Kempen, one of the biggest national park in Belgium. It is a really nice quite place, staff are friendly. Great coffee. 🙂

Nestled between the centre of Genk and the unique and beautiful Molenvijver Park, M Hotel offers stylish accommodation with a private bathroom and free toiletries. I booked for twin beds but when we arrived it was 2 single beds put together as a double bed. But the staff kindly split it into 2 single beds. The hotel is about 10-15 min walk from the train station. And the receptionist is really nice and offered us champagne when we arrived. There is a beautiful lake behind the hotel.
