The quality of service and amenities are outstanding! The staff was really friendly and accommodating! Made you feel cared for! The food was also really fresh and delicious! It was well catered ,and accommodating of people's diets i felt! We stayed at one of the houses and it was specious and well thought out for bigger groups! I would really recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa place of "Braden-Baden" standards in Bulgaria!

The luxurious Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers spacious apartments and studios with free WiFi access. +Many shuttle bus times to and from hotel to gondola. +Great breakfast +Amazing spa +Super family and kids friendly (games, kids club, kids bath robe and slippers , every evening a small treat in room, indoor heated pool and spa) +Comfortable room with kitchen +One hour later check out +Friendly and efficient cleaning ladies +Pool staff were very nice +Reception also very friendly and service oriented We loved our stay! At first I was worried because it was not so close to gondola but there are so many times available this was not a problem at all . Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We stopped here in our way to Greece. We are definitely sure that we will stop here every time. Thank you! 😍

Very nice property in a quiet place. Rooms are very spacious and the personnel are always happy to help. The pool is not very big, but sufficient. There is a nice small zoo which is part of the complex, and our small daughter enjoyed it a lot.

The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.

It's the second time we stay here and the place it's just great. Big and clean rooms, good breakfast. The nature around is beautiful. Although we were just in transit, I think is a good place to relax for a few days. A plus for kids: it has a playgound.

Blagoevgrad is a nice little, quiet city.The city is situated in a mountainous region and has a beautiful nature. Food is good a cheap, nice place to get away from city hassle but can be a bit boring if you visit for too long. Must visit is a campus of American University in Bulgaria.

Rila Monastery was incredible and travelling there is very affordable. We went in january so come prepared for cold weather and I imagine that it is abslutely breathraking in the spring/summer. Blagoevgrad city center has a nice array of restaurants and nigh spots and you can walk along the river. Nice mixture of city and quaint.

Its a university town so there are lots of bars and cafes, and there are some real gems amougst them . The shopping is reasonable and the walk up the river to the city park is a delight. We were skiing in Bansko for a week and then spent one night in Blagoevgrad: next year we may base ourselves in Blagoevgrad and drive to Bansko ( an hour ) as the food and nightlife is not only much better, but also half the price. And its a deal warmer for any non-skiers.

Blagoevgrad has a lively pedestrian center. There is good shopping and nightlife if you want it. Other locations offer more quiet. The city is close to the Rila Monastery and the mountains. My favorite was the Monastery and hiking. The city is easy to get around but parking can be limited and you need a cell phone to pay for parking.

Value-for-money short trip for cheap-budget shopping and walking around Sunday which is a freeday in Greece, but there in Blagoevgrad everything was open.. Great Shopping Mall (Largo) and the square above Neofit Rilski University.. You can also take some pictures of the Mosque, and the traditional soviet leftovers you can see everywhere
