The receptionist was very considerate because of few factors. First, our luggage was delayed from our connecting flight. She helped with few options to contact airport and arraignment to deliver our luggage to hotel. They upgraded us to the suite and then we booked another room at great price. Second, the staff at the hotel restaurant was very attentive and helpful. The food exceptionally delicious. The spa great. Location and area very pleasant. We were there mid September. Great stay.

Surrounded by green woods, the Elina Hotel enjoys a quiet location in Pamporovo, near а bus stop and Ski Center 1. Really nice hotel with amazing staff. The nice lady at the reception that left warm sandwiches in my room knowing that i will arrive late (it took me a few hours more to drive there because of the snow) needs to get a raise or to be put in charge. She's doing a great job. The hotel is rather old but it is well taken care of. Everything works, it was really clean and i received everything i needed (including bath robes for the sauna and the steam bath). It's nice and quiet, in the middle of the forest. Good parking with video surveillance. About 500 meters away by foot from Malina2 ski lift (the longest in Pamporovo) yet if you bring your own equipment it's not realistic to walk to the slopes. Win some, lose some. Decent food. Good facilities (sauna, steam bath, small indoor pool). Overall, really great value for money and a really good experience.

Just 100 metres from the ski lifts in Pamporovo, Family Hotel Markony offers a restaurant, free barbecue facilities and a kids’ playground. Massages, a sauna and a hot tub are available. The location and the view are great. Hosts were exceptionlally friendly and kind. The room was very big and comfortable and with all the necessary furniture.

The hotel is located in a beautiful mountain area 5-6 km away from the ski slopes of Pamplovo. The hotel is newly renovated and belongs to a cooperative. The room is small but comfortable and warm. Breakfast is quite varied and the staff is friendly. Even if not all of them speak English they try to help. Lunch and dinner are available. I recommend a traditional Rhodopi dish "Patatnik" a very good combination of potatoes, onions, eggs, cheese and butter. The food is served hot and cold yoghurt can be added. The hotel has a spa area with swimming pool, sauna, etc.

Located in a quiet area in woods, 400 metres from ski slopes in Pamporovo, Mursalitsa Hotel offers a restaurant with a terrace, and a spa with an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam bath, a hot... Nice hotel. The rooms are clean. the breakfast and dinner was fine. 4 saunas and swimming pool was ok. not so far from the ski studenets. 5 minutes walk or one minute with the car. thanks for the New Years Evenening to the administration of the hotel.
