At first I was worried because it was not so close to gondola but there are so many times available this was not a problem at all . Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Location, service, staff, facilities... the jacuzzi outside was super cool. all was top ! Well done guys

The hotel is close to the main road toward Greece, where you can rest before continuing your long trip. The receptionists are verry nice and welcoming. The parking is safe and is located in the yard of the hotel. The beds are very confortable and the rooms are very clean.

Pirin Golf is a closed complex that resembles a small village- you can find a small downtown area featuring stores and restaurants with a fountain in the middle surrounding by several apartment buildings, single family houses and a 18-hole golf course with the beautiful Pirin Mountain as a backdrop just beyond the complex. We enjoyed that we do not need to leave in order to pick up dinner or enjoy the mountains. It is a great place to just relax. There are Spa facilities that were complimentary to use as well as an indoor and 2 or 3 outdoor pools. If one just wants to go out for a walk or enjoy the outdoors they would be able to do that on the premises. The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. There were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.
