Location: in the heart city centre of Pleven with the most iconic buildings around. The church, the bell tower, the water fountain and the theatre. The hotel also comes with parking. Room: I stayed in the deluxe room, it was absolutely huge! The room comes with a balcony which looks out onto the church, bell tower, water fountain and theatre. Fully stocked mini bar, and the room also comes with its own private internet router/wifi. Staff: Honestly, hand on heart, the staff at this hotel are the most kindest, sweetest people of all time. Every time you enter or exit the hotel, they greet you with a smile, wish you a good day, or good rest. They are always happy to help, no matter what. I personally stayed there because I was selling an apartment - when I asked where I can get moving boxes from etc, the owner of the hotel went out of his way to find me some within 30 minutes. During this difficult time for me, full of emotions, the receptionist was always there. Someone to sit down with, and shoulder to cry on. I also noticed how other guests commented on her positive attitude, and her willingness to always help. Really good people!! Overall, the hotel was once an iconic bank which has been renovated into this modern hotel. The hotel is modern but also kept the architecture of the building and memory of Pleven - which is very important. The room was very comfortable. The service was amazing! I have already recommended this hotel to many people, and have said I’d definitely be coming back and staying in the same room. If I could give it 10 stars I would. 10/10 recommend!!

The Family Art Hotel Gallery is located in a green residential area south of the centre of Pleven, 100 metres from Hristo Botev Boulevard. The receptionists and hotel manager were polite and welcoming answering any questions! Both times we stayed in this hotel we arrived at lunchtime and they let us check-in early after I gave them only few hours notice in advance of my arrival time! The hotel boasts an quiet and peaceful location, within easy walking distance of superb restaurant and the picturesque Park Kaylaka. There was no noise in the rooms, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and beds were comfortable so we had a very good night sleep. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated especially the twin room that we stayed the first night. There were fridge, toiletries and towels provided in the room.

Given the location and options available in general, it is quite good value for money! Pleven is a walking distance city and area around Medical University is absolutely safe even at night! Clubbing at the city center is just a few beers away and there is plenty to do no matter what is the purpose of visit! Kayluka Park and the Panorama are close! Train station and bus station are within 40 minutes walk. As for the accommodation it is family oriented! Beds are comfortable. The only minus is that it is a bit difficult for first time visitors to find the key left in PO box. There should be better visual explanation how to reach the key! I will visit again soon!
