If I could give this place 11/10 I would! Possibly the most beautiful hostel in Ilha Grande, up the hill, with wooden chalets in a leafy jungle garden. Warm family atmosphere, delicious breakfast buffet including fruit, eggs and homemade cake served on lovely tableware. Dorms and rooms are spacious and serviced every day. A great place to chill out during the day if you want to stay home - big shady verandah with hammocks. Common kitchen is the cleanest I've seen in any hostel. I ended up staying a week, as it was so hard to leave!

This is one of the most idyllic places I’ve stayed in my life and definitely the best place to stay in Ilha Grande. The property makes you feel like you are in your own private façenda or country home in Brazil with both natural jungle beauty as well as a pristine beach. The beach at Abraãozinho is like a private swimming pool, calm and gorgeous. The food is delicious and the attention of the staff is unlike many other places, personalized, kind and responsive. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return with our larger family.

Pousada Horizonte dos Borbas is located within easy walking distance of Abraao's port where passengers disembark from the ferries coming from the mainland. There are numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets near the hotel and the trailhead to hike to Lopes Mendes Beach is just a kilometer away. The rooms are clean and comfortable with decent Wi-Fi. The hotel offers a typical Brazilian breakfast served by the very friendly morning staff. I enjoyed my stay and will stay at the hotel again if I ever return to Ilha Grande.

The room was perfect: very confortable, pretty and had a view on the sea that was just amazing. I loved having my breakfast every morning on the terrace of my room. It was the perfect way to start the day. The breakfast was huge and so good: uma delicia ! Everything was perfect, staff very nice and helpful. Next time I come back to ilha Grande, I will go back to this pousada for sure.

I've no words to describe how amazin was my experience in Lila Limão. Everything is so brand new and clean. When I was in the bathroom, I couldn't realized I was in a hostel such wonderful the furniture is. The location is so central. As the Abraão village it's so small. You should come to discovery how wonderful Ilha Grande is. And stay in Lila Limão Hostel.

The best hostel in Ilha Grande! Most wonderful and helpful staff and owner I met in my life. I would come back there just to have chat with them. I feld like at home of all the time. Place is very clean and beds are comfortable. Location is perfect I won't even consider to choose other hostel. Love everything over there.

Friendly hotel in the centre of Abraão on Ilha Grande. We received a warm greeting despite not speaking any Portuguese. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean, complete with a small balcony and lovely view of the street. Only stayed for one night, but could have stayed longer if we had the time.

Our best stay during our 3-week roundtrip in Brazil! Certainly recommended if you are looking for a home-away-from-home, beautiful sunsets - a daily visit of Jozefine (the seaturtle of the house) - fun day trips on Ilha Grande. Don’t hesitate & book yourself a night in this paradise!

Pousada Lagamar is situated at one of the more remote beaches of Ilha Grande. It’s a perfect spot if you seek a relaxing yet adventurous stay. If you’d like to hike and have beautiful beaches, you are in the right spot. The stuff of Pousada Lagamar is friendly and attentive.

This place feels like paradise. Simple but very nice room. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Andrade made everything perfect for us, despite us not speaking portuguese. Many many thanks, Ilha Grande and the pousada will remain the highlight of our Brazil trip !

It was in the perfect location with a private beach and easily accessible free boats to Abraão. We rented bike boats right on our beach and it was very fun. The staff were nice. The breakfast was great. Ilha Grande itself is a beautiful destination.

The people at Flor da Ilha are the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met at a hostel. We became good friends over our few days in Ilha Grande and we will be returning to see them again. Such a perfect chilled vibe, muito tranquilo.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of Ilha Grande! The aubergine lasagna and the house caiprinhas are amazing! I had it every night for four nights. All the staff were amazing, especially Fabrizio. Thank you for a lovely trip.

Pleasant stay in the apartment, which is located in a quit area, offers an outstanding view on the bay and is equipped with all the necessary to relax in the magnificent Ilha Grande. Very helpful host. Definitely recommended.

Excellent little self catered apartment in Ilha Grande a few minutes away from the port of arrival. The room was super clean with great finishing touches and came with a cute wardrobe for us to store our belongings.

Nathalia is fantastic and a great host. The hotel is quiet, beautiful and pursues one of the best views of Ilha Grande. I went by boat and it is very close to the blue lagoon and also from Angra.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a ferry from the mainland and also washed our clothing upon request. The location is off the main stretch, so it's quiet!
