Location next to the archaeological site was fantastic and the staff were very attentive and helpful with excursions. They took very good care of us and went out of their way to see our comfort. This place has the best view of both, the Square and Burns Street!!! It is located close to everything: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, the market, cafes and the bus stop. The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows super comfortable. Nice-size shower, as well. The Receptionists were extremely friendly and helped me with lots of information, specially since it was a National Holiday and I was not aware that lots of services were not running as usual, so they helped me to prepare and this saved my days as I had to be in BC on time for my flight, they even helped to print out my boarding pass!!!!

The hotel was great and the staff were lovely and really helpful. Our room was big and clean. The staff at the hotel were really accommodating and helped us book in some tours. The restaurant at the hotel had really great food - we ate there most of the time (breakfast, lunches & dinners). It was about a 25min walk down hill to town but you could taxi back for 8-10 Pesos. The pool was relaxing and clean as well. I would stay here again for sure.
