The hotel is family run and you can really feel the love and care they put into the services. Friendly check-in (they even let us into our room about 3 hours early) to breakfast with freshly served juices, eggs, delicious cakes, fresh fruit - everything was great. We had a little garden patio from our room which was really nice.

Set 12 km outside of Pucón, just 7 km from Caburgua, Elementos Eco Lodge features accommodation next to the river. Free WiFi is available. The property provides ski storage space, as well as a garden.... I liked the positive surprise we experienced at Elementos. The first impression was negative, as the hotel is in the wild. We arrived late afternoon and it looked scary. As soon as we were presented to our rooms, we were in awe with the views, the quality of everything and the careful attention to every detail in comfort and environment. The dinner was fantastic.

Nice location on the Main Street where you kind find varies restaurant and supermarket nearby. 15 minutes walking from the lake. The Hostress is really nice and she gave up an upgrade of the room for free because of that the original room that we reserved was not clean up ready when we arrived early to the hotel. Love the breakfast which is quite delicious.
