Really do not know where to start, Bio Habitat is an experience!!!! It is not only about the hotel itself which by the way is gorgeous, but the amenities it is offering besides the rooms (pool, massage, yoga classes, tennis court and much more). We booked in the beginning a double suite which was great it had an excellent view but we saw as well the rooms in the middle of the jungle and fell in love with them. The stuff was so nice and changed the room to this one which made our experience even greater than we have expected. The food at the restaurant was delicious, drinks as well, and the entire staff customer oriented. I did not remember the names of everyone from the staff, but Daniel es un amor. He took care of us and of everything we might have wanted. In case you are in the coffee region, I would definitely recommend staying at Bio Habitat Hotel in whatever room you like as all of them are extraordinary!!!

The hotel is great. It's new and kept in a good shape. Everything was clean. The personal was always friendly and gave their best to be helpful in any situation. All the facilities of the hotel were great, unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool because the weather was not that good, but the gym was very nice with a great view. The room is spacious and the bed and bedsheets are top quality, amazing pillows too. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of local food (arepas and fruits) and regular hotel breakfast (like bread and eggs). I also had the opportunity to try the room service and the experience was also great. I highly recommend this accommodation!
