Very welcoming and friendly host. Location is also excellent, the hiking routes start right in front of the hotel.

Very well planned out and comfortable. The breakfast was marvellous and very varied (the bread!), free coffee for guests in the hotel area. The staff were super helpful and friendly, although it was not clear to us at first where to check in (FYI: at the café itself).

The whole apartment was spotless. Excellent position in the lovely town of Heimbach, close to the starting point of many hiking routes in the Eifel National Park. The surroundings are wonderful, full of green, with the fascinating river that runs alongside Heimbach and the park. We enjoyed our stay very much!
