O Semaforo Hotel is part of the converted Finisterre Lighthouse, 3 km from Fisterra Town. It offers heated rooms with satellite TV. Staying at the "End of the World" was an incredible opportunity I took after my Camino pilgrimage to Santiago about an hour away. I hope to walk this section in future, but took the local bus to get there and taxi to airport after. All was comfortable and perfect for me. Photos are of Lighthouse. The hotel is just before.

The room was about the cheapest in town, but was really very good, spacious, spotless and everything worked. The location is right opposite the beach which is useful if you are brave enough for a swim and is the first building walkers on the Camino dos Faros come to, which is nice. Mealtimes are more flexible than usual in Spain if you use the restaurant.

For a Pilgrim, it's a piece of paradise; for families, opportunity for quality time! It's a beautiful place, with a unique energy! The accommodations are decorated with wonderful details and lots of love; excellent amenities. We tasted different dishes; the food is delicious!! And the kindness of the owners is incredible. A few meters away, and forming part of this complex, there is a swimming pool. For those who prefer the sea, just walk around the Ria, populated by herons, seagulls and ducks, until you reach the beautiful beach of Lires. On clear nights, the possibility of observing an incredible sky... The Path of the Stars. It stayed in the heart. A true country poem, sprinkled with sea air. We will be back with the family!
