Set near the fortifications of a famous city built by Vauban, Clos Cerdan is a hotel complex set in a stone building overlooking the nearby mountains. The room decor, design and ambience was lovely and the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony itself and furniture were rusty/unclean but ok. The communal areas were dated and the corridor a bit smelly - may have been cleaning products. The swimming pool and spa seemed dated and basic. Not very cosy but ok.

Good restaurant with regional cuisine. Breakfast includes fresh regional products. Small but comfortable room with a balcony and beautiful mountain views. Good comfortable bed. Very clean, all plumbing in good condition. There is a new great pool (we didn't try it, it was a bit chilly). We have the best experience of this hotel and the friendly and hospitable staff of the hotel. The hotel deserves more stars. We think that we will come back here. Thank you. The Carlit is located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in the eastern Pyrénées, 150 metres from the telecabin which permits to reach ski-run and start for hiking. Skiing was great. We were able to get ''emporter'' food to eat easily in the evenings. Even though I had a test, which meant that I could eat the night before my ski, my partner did not test. The staff in the hotel were accommodating and very helpful. Very helpful.
