My wife and I were staying in St Etienne for the France v Scotland rugby game - staff were genuinely interested, friendly plus suggested ideas to maximise our stay in the area. Hotel exactly what we were looking for, located very centrally to main square, dining and bars plus tram stop to get to game. Also provided map and guidance for seeing Loire Valley, breakfast more than we expected, extremely friendly plus had area for parking car !!!!

absolutely everything. the rooms are stylish and comfortable, the beds are excellent, as are the pillows, crisp, soft sheets, electric shutters, a bottle of water on the night stand; instant hot water in the lovely bathroom; the shared kitchen is spotless and well-equipped, and a communal sitting-room has a sofa that makes sitting down for a good read a must. the garden is beautifully tended and the pool is clean and deliciously cool. the staff were wonderful.
