Very clean and a beautiful view to the mountains. The hotel has a relaxing lounge and garden where you can just enjoying the surroundings or make friends with other guests. We were lucky to have the Tour De France going through town. The town itself has plenty of restaurants, shops and great for hiking, biking and running The lady at reception gave us a very warm welcome

Ghislaine and Philippe are there, should you need them for help or advice on where to go to and visit around “Les gorges de la Loire”. I knew nothing about those, quite a marvellous find! One of the rare places I experienced where I felt a slight pinch at the heart when leaving in the morning. Thank you Ghil and Phil, as Schwarzenegger would say “I’ll be back”

The location of this chateau is nothing short of spectacular. The backdrop of sheer rock, the singing of the birds, the fresh air and the rippling of the Tarn river provided a very special stay. Wonderful stay at extraordinary lodges. High quality lodges run by very nice staff. Also worth mentioning the extraordinary entrepreneurial spirit and skill of getting the lodges and infrastructure to where they are now. I can only imagine what they may now be able to do while developing the grand house further. This is the kind of family we may be seeing at Netflix any time soon to follow their endeavours!

A convenient location just walking distance to the centre and a very friendly welcome at the reception. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with good disabled access throughout and outdoor terrace or balcony. The pool was a decent size and great to jump into at the end of a hot day. We were impressed by their trust in guests to write down things they take from the fridge, and pay up later, or when checking out. We were also impressed by the generous and tasty breakfast, well worth the price. A very easy place to spend a night. Two nights would have been better. We will be back.

We had the most wonderful few days at Le Mas de Baume. The setting was beautiful and the gardens so pretty. The natural swimming pool was amazing and it was great swimming in such a lovely place so close to nature! The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. The owners and staff pay attention to the details and it really shows. The food was also exceptional and a real treat. The cocktails were brilliant and it was just bliss to read by the pool in such an amazing place. Lots to do in the area but you could easily just relax at the hotel and not feel like a minute of your holiday was wasted! We had the best time and I would absolutely recommend!
