Hôtel Le Nautilus is set in a renovated 17th-century building and is located in the walled city of Saint-Malo. This hotel offers a bar, luggage storage and a shared lounge. The owners Aurelie and Edouard were absolutely wonderful and we shall never forget the warmth they dedicated to us. The room was just perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were soft and the bathroom was very good, with good shower. We were delighted by a reccomendation that Edouard made on a restaurant close to the hotel, called “Bergamotte”. It was unforgetable. We had a marvelous stay and if we are fortunate to go back to Saint Malo, we shall certainly stay at The Nautilus again.

Everything was beautiful, very clean & thoughtfully decorated to maintain the castle’s medieval charm. The food was excellent, prepared & presented beautifully. The staff are so kind & helpful, always available with information & ideas for outings.

Hotel Ar Terra Nova is situated in Saint Malo, 500 metres from Les Bas Sablons Beach and 1.2 km from Saint-Malo Old Town. Every room comes with a flat-screen TV. All rooms include a private bathroom. It was on walking distance of the ferry to Jersey that we had to get up at 6.00 for to catch it. Best place we could have stayed for that matter. Next to that we had a lovely great quick bite at O P’tit Encas they had the best mussels before going to bed early. Golden triangle of sleep, food and ferry that I recommend! Free public parking on only 50 min walking if you don’t want to take the car to the island but in hindsight I would had taken the car on the island to get around!!

One of the best stays we have ever had. Absolute friendliest hotel owner. Left with a genuine friendship. Nothing was ever an issue. So welcoming. Great location. Beautiful spot. Can't say enough good things about the this place. We will definently be back.
