I was undergoing treatment at the Royal University Hospital which is just across the road so it was very convenient for us. At the front office desk, Rikesh was exceptionally helpful when we had internet connection problems, calling a taxi, explaining hotel facilities, and so on. The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were so helpful. On the day we arrived, the manager was extra helpful and sorted out an issue for us without hesitation. Loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was a little further out from the city center, but a short hop in a taxi.

The location was an ideal place for our stay for a month, as it was in close proximity to Clatterbridge Hospital, where I was receiving treatment. Stuff is super nice and replies quick, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is big and clean and has a nice living room with kitchen, the heat and hot water works well. Building has lift, the door outside building is opened through touching-key, so it can be opened quickly.

The staff that we met on arrival were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. They showed us around the apartment, explaining everything we needed to know and even gave us recommendations on places we would enjoy in the area. We were running around an hour late due to traffic and they were wonderfully accommodating with this, we had zero issues at all and would recommend these apartments to anybody looking to stay over in the area.
