The cosy en suite rooms have free Wi-Fi and some have sea views, balconies and patios. all very good the staff were very friendly and helpful with the breakfast needs would make sure that you both had enough food to eat excellent service also we left a jersey behind and Amanda and the friendly staff sent it back to us thank you so much

Well what a difference we have stayed at the kings head several times and I must say it was a bit run down ( cheap and cheerful comes to mind) but now after a full refurbished it is now an excellent place to stay only downside is the rooms are on the small side which with an old building cannot be changed + great location and as always the staff are very helpful and welcoming

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was very clean. The food was excellent, they would give you large portion which is great value for your money. The hotel was lovely and is great for a relaxing time away. Its very close to Beccles Town centre and the broads which was nice. We would definitely go to the Swan Motel again.

Great location. Easy short drives to everything we wanted to do in the Broads. Very comfortable. Great pub across the street. Michael was exceptional in showing us the apartment and explaining how to use everything. He also gave great advice for activities. And Bridget had high tea awaiting us on arrival! I arrived late in the night, but that wasn’t a problem for the staff. I was surprised how big is the hotel, ( in a good way)and with all you need inside. I stayed in a mini double room, which wasn’t mini, was exactly what I needed. Everything around was clean and tidy.
