Delightful stay in this lovely cosy, family-run hotel in beautiful Glengarriff - a place which has always been special to me. The staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly and made our stay really special and un-fussed. Very comfortable room, nice restaurant with excellent food, so we didn't have to go out under the rain in the evenings. Full breakfast served with a great variety of options on the menu. Only 2 minutes walk from some spectacular and leisurely strolls down to the shore, to watch seals, otters and gorgeous waterfalls. Definitely the gateway to a wonderful holiday for young and old, sporty or sedentary :-)

Fabulous cottage, so homely and inviting with lovely decor, so clean and tidy. All our needs were catered for...tea, coffee etc and a lovely welcome basket with home made muffins, honey, eggs from their chickens. Great hosts.

Boasting garden views, Berehaven Pods features accommodation with a private beach area, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 3.9 km from Hungry Hill. Amazing place. We would've stayed there 2 more nights. - Great location by the water. - Beautiful pod/rooms that had everything you needed for your stay. - Hot water, WiFi, Kitchen, sofa bed, grill, and more. - We rented 3 pods and they were next to each other. We had the best time hanging out outside the pods and having dinner outdoors.

The location is great, the accommodation is very comfortable, and above all Mary and Chris are the most wonderful hosts ever. In fact we wanted to stay longer but they were already fully booked. Offering city views, Lynch's on the Pier is an accommodation located in Castletownbere, 3.7 km from Dunboy Castle and 3.7 km from Puxley Mansion. Lovely b&b located centrally in Castletownbere. Owners communicated exceptionally well through app & assisted with every need. Spent 2 night prior to the start of my hike & the first night I had gotten in quite late & they had left homemade chocolate chip cookies & makings for tea :)

The hosts, Mary and John , were like old friends. Couldn’t do enough for us. Cooked good meals each of our 2 night stay, at reasonable cost. Thoroughly charming!

Cottage Heights, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Castletownbere, 5 km from Dunboy Castle, 5.1 km from Puxley Mansion, as well as 8.2 km from Hungry Hill. The host was very friendly, warm an knowledgeable around the area. Every suggestion was very good. We had a room to the street and we're able to sleep really well. If you're very sensitive to noise you can request a room to the back. We liked the breakfast and everything.
