The Pollino house was absolutely perfect! The location and the view are spectacular. We felt welcome from the very first moment. Lucia was super helpful explaining us everything, even giving recommendations for the area (and helped us with parking 🙂)! The apartment has EVERYTHING you may possibly need, the cleaning is spotless and the bed is super comfy! Extra bonus was the homemade pie found when we arrived accompanied by sweets!! Totally recommended, we wish we could visit the house every weekend!!

Civita is not only jaw-droppingly picturesque – it's in the Pollino National Park at the Gole del Raganello –  but it's also one of the historic Albanian communities of Southern Italy.  Our hostess explained that Ka' Suporti means the House of the Arch in the local Albanian spoken in the town. Our room was a lovely space with an incredible view, very clean, equipped with everything we needed and a lovely, helpful hostess. 

Great location for exploring the Pollino National Park. Very friendly and helpful host - despite our very limited Italian and our host not speaking English. Google Translate saved the day! Bed very comfy and the apartment had what we needed. The surrounding area is fabulous. Many places closed (we visited mid May). Clearly the local tourist season us much later in the year.

First, the flowers! The personnel was extraordinarily helpful and uniformly pleasant. The couldn’t do enough to please you. They even managed to get a museum open so that we could visit. They were the best! The decor is interestingly kitsch and homey with a lot of family heirloom and our room had a very private terrace with a view of the beautiful Pollino landscape.

They could accommodate 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids) in the same large room for a very competitive price. The hotel is located in a nice village within the wild Pollino’s Park, just 10 mins from highway - in a nice and quite location. Despite there was a wedding party, we did not hear noises and enjoyed our short stay.

The ground floor apartment was quite large, with a wide dining room, large bedrooms and bathroom. The private parking area is just in front of the house. Every room has air conditioning. The structure's location in Frascineto allows you to easily move toward Civita and other places in the Pollino mountains.

Brand new hotel with tasteful decoration, located at the center of Rotonda which is perfect to visit the Pollino national park. The staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of good advice. Breakfast was good and we could find every type of food, even fruits and yogurts which is not so common in Italy.

This is an excellent property in a great location. Right in the middle of Pollino National Park, and within easy driving distance of all of the cities in the toe of the boot. I spent 3 weeks exploring the Park and taking side trips to all the great locations in southern Italy.

I normally go there to sleep while traveling to Sicily from Northern Italy, that is quite a long trip. The food is very authentic and good. Staff is kind. From here you can hike in the Pollino Park.

The apartment is very well situated with a wonderfull wiew The hosts are very nice and gave us good advice for walking in the pollino parc. We recommand absolutely!

Perfect location near to the Pollino national park and close to the highway.

They went out of their way to help us. When we arrived unprepared for no local food they accommodated our needs. They don’t provide dinners but they did that night for us. They saved us from a hungry night. We really appreciated that gesture on their part.

The beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure. The windows and doors are very good quality. The apartment is airy and welll located with parking close by. Latronico surprised us with a self-guided tour of the historical centre which was very educational, exciting, and fun.

Beautiful room, very well located directly in the piazza. Lovely caffe and pasticceria close by. Staff is super friendly and kind!

We arrived late in the evening and got a very warm greeting. We stayed overnight and left the next morning. Breakfast was very good. Kids loved it very much. Local restaurant that work until very late have delicious food prepared from a fresh home grown products. I had the most incredible experience at this mountain hotel! It's an oasis of tranquility, far from the city noise. Staying in a 300-year-old house was like stepping back in time. The authenticity of the atmosphere made me feel like I was living in a bygone era. It was a truly magical escape! I regret I bought only one bottle of local red wine to take with me.

the fact that it has a pool. and a lot of nature around. a very cute cat and a pond with fish. the stuff was very friendly and polite.
