Aeon and the staff was amazing. The facilities are first class. A lot of thought was put in this hotel and nothing was left out. The owner is on site and is super friendly.

The staff were lovely and gave us free passes that got us on all public transport (which was also very good) and gondala's in the area. This was very appreciated. The food was amazing at the resturant. The views were incredible from the room. The room was in very good condition and was kept very well.

Set on Lake Wolfsgrubener, this 3-star superior hotel is just 5 minutes' drive from Renon centre. It offers a free wellness centre with Turkish bath, hot tub and a variety of saunas. I was upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. I had a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. The wellness center had an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The hotel supplied a bathrobe and towels. The parking was sufficient. I was on half pension and enjoyed all the meals.

Located 2 km from the Renon cable car, it also features a restaurant and garden. driving up to the hotel was the most beautiful drive I’ve ever done. it’s incredibly beautiful and the staff are awesome. I got there late when the kitchen was closed, and they still cooked me something to eat because I was hungry. they are amazing here

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff was accommodating from the check-in desk to the team in the restaurant (especially Chris) to the housekeeping lady. The area is so magical and peaceful. The Spa is a big bounce. We took the chalet with 2 rooms, big space and comfy beds. All you need is available. There is a train station less than 5 mints on foot.

Everything was good about this hotel .. the friendly hosts.. the delicious food .. wonderful hotel staff and above all great location with superb transport system using the ritten card (ask for it at the hotel) we visited in December and it snowed and everything was a winter wonderland! we also had a unique experience where the owner together with his staff lit up a bonfire and distributed delicious homemade biscuits and mulled wine all for free!

The hotel is situated in Ritten/Renon area and is conveniently riechable by car (with a nice parking place), public transport (bus) or simply by hiking (for example taking a Bozen-Bolzano funicular and hiking for a couple of hours to the hotel). We got rittencard, which we can use in all public transport in Ritten area (trein, bus, cable ban). You can just leave your car in the garage. There is a nice pizzeria nearby. the host was really nice. the keys were waiting for us in the entrance with all instructions, later we met the host and his wife who were really welcoming and nice. the place is located on the top of the mountain so the views were breath taking , the air was amazing, it was quite and calm. i wish we could stay more. There was also a Sauna and pool inside for our free use whenever we wanted, and the host explained everything about its use. there's a big space outside where you can sit of lay for tanning. Its notable that they care about the place, they clean always, and renovate rooms. great price, for a great big room, which we had 2 rooms and a couch with a great balcony. Thank you Very much it was a please and we will come back! unfortunately we don't have photos, since we had great time, we forgot to take a few. Enjoy!
