The room was spacious with an equipped kitchenette and a washer dryer that came with tide pods. The bed was really comfortable and the daily room service made it a joy to go back to the property to rest. The property is also very conveniently located next to the bus and train stations which made our day trips so convenient!

Clean, good service, hot shower was superb, healthy breakfast, free sake tasting for half the day! Location is unbeatable. Funasaka Brewery and their Hida beef restaurant is 30secs walk to the left.

Hotel Pacific Kanazawa is located just a 15-minute walk from JR Kanazawa Train/Bullet Train Station. Free WiFi and a bicycle rental service are available on site. The staff is a group of beautiful people. They are so kind and helpful. They will help you with anything you might need, suggestions of things to do, places to go. They have a coffee shop in the first floor where you can have a nice espresso, an alcoholic drink or some of their home made ginger drink. The room was very spacious, clean and the location is great, literally a minute or two away from the market where you can have very fresh seafood, couple minutes to the park, castle, Geisha district, etc.

Central location and we learned how to use the city bus because of their location. Rooms are bigger than business hotels, loved the fact that the toilet is separate from the shower. Near a bus station that goes to chubu centrair, staff told us about it and it was the best way to get to the airport especially if you have heavy luggage. Staff also never forgot about my message to them asking them if they can send our luggage to the airport, they kept asking me from check-in until check-out. So thoughtful of them.

Front desk is superb. They have nicely folded origami to give out to little children - and my daughter was delighted! The rooms were nice and clean. We have two non-connected rooms, but as it was the peak travel season, we were glad we found a nice hotel like this one. Its location was also excellent. If you stay here, you must eat at the Prince Matsuba, Nakatsugawa - just opposite the hotel! During my entire stay in Chubu, this restaurant provides the best food at the most reasonable price and great servings.

Location was great for an overnight stay before catching the morning flight out of Chubu Centrair. It was also located near the Aeon Mall. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we stayed in front of the elevator as the room doors close quietly rather than with a bang like most other hotels. The drawback is that the walls are thin and I had the misfortune of having a noisy neighbor. The room was spacious although a little old.

Excellent stay, and the view of the bay from the room was amazing. Both meals were delicious, and we had them in a private room. Also, there were a few private baths. The service staff were amiable and helpful. It is worth a trip to this remote area of the Noto Peninsula.

It’s clean, very well equipped with heater, cooking utensils. The owners are so nice and friendly. Language may be a barrier but they tried really hard to accommodate all our needs. The place is slightly secluded which is perfect for quiet vacation but you can still go to town centre by just taking 1 train to Karuizawa station and the owners are nice enough to drop and pick you!

We have all kinds of food restrictions and they took them all into consideration. The room was amazing and had a beautiful veiw. The food was very good and all locally sourced. 100 percent would recommend this ryokan! The onsen in the room was so peaceful and the common one had a view to the mountains
