We booked the room already in the evening when we arrived at the place. Together we had a one-year-old daughter. We were greeted by a very kind and helpful administrator. Everything was fast and smooth. We got a comfortable room. Breakfast selection is good.

The wifi was provided at the reception, the room was clean, spacious and warm. I liked that they put a big carpet and even provided us with the one use toothbrushes.

The Hotel Jelgava is ideally situated in the very centre of the city, just a few steps from Jelgava Palace and just a 10-minute walk from Jelgava's bus station. The young lady with braces at the front desk was very lovely and professional. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet. The room was perfectly sized for my family, though the temperature was quite warm. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to others.

The apartment was very modern and well designed. Clearly some great work put in by the owner. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen space perfect for use also with small complimentary use food items from the owner as well as 2 large fresh bottles of Mineral Water which lasted 3/4 days of my stay which I was very thankful for. Macdonald’s isn’t far at all so download Bolt Food if you fancy ;). Lastly, the owner is always only a text away for any questions or problems you may worry for - I always ask a lot of questions so I’m grateful he accommodated for that. He was even thoughtful enough to warn us of any problems in the town - there was a fire which meant we couldn’t have hot water on the last night but he pointed us to spare blankets available. Ironing board, hoover and even an small MP3/Bluetooth Speaker provided. Made the experience a 10/10 for me. Thank you very much 🤝 and I apologise this review came so late.
