The location is a short 5 minute walk from the Police Station which is where the visa extensions are done, and that is a very good thing. Also the Cotisse Transport bus station is across the street from the Police Station on the main road. Directly across from the Police Station is a park but if you are standing at the park and facing the front of the Police Station you can see the Cotisse Transport bus station building off to the left side across the main street. It's next to the train station. The Cotisse building does not have a sign out front but it's the all white new looking building.
