From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The receptionist gave us a lot of information about things to see locally and places to eat, even all the bus information for getting around the Island. The location was perfect, and even though it's in the center of town we didn't hear a thing in our room. The staff were all super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect with everything we needed to hand. The breakfast is also outstanding with a huge buffet that changed every day (a special Thank you to the lady who serves the tea/coffee as she is a gem and gives service with a smile real meaning)

The location was very convenient as it was so close to the bus station. The room was also extremely comfortable, and very well insulated. The breakfast was also varied and really tasty as well. There were pastries additional to your order every day that made everything even better.
