We didn’t want to leave! Lovely rooms - nicely decorated with amazing views d of the sea, spacious and clean. Staff were lovely, pool and beach area were wonderful. There was nothing we didn’t like and can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Situated in Tulum, 200 metres from South Tulum Beach, Hotel Shibari - Restaurant & Cenote Club features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a... This was the best hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon. Immediately on arrival we knew we picked well. The whole place is stunning. The staff friendly and helpful. You have your own butler to help you while you stay. The cenote is stunning. Beautiful to swim in with the fishes. Way better than a normal pool. There is also a pool and jacuzzi area which is stunning with a swim up bar. Our room had the wow factor with our own terrace and jacuzzi. The food was exceptionally tasty at dinner and breakfast and was so much choice it was hard to pick. They help you with your bags and car. The location is very good close to all the beach hotels in the hotel zone of Tulum. I really hope one day we can stay here again. The music they play throughout is very hip and relaxing. I immediately just felt relaxed and looked after here. Very good value for money especially considering we experienced other hotels in this area of tulum.

The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

Highlights are the food in the restaurant which was one of the best in Mexico, the staff who were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and of course the design of the hotel.

Aalada Playa del Carmen is attractively set in Playa del Carmen, and has an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. I absolutely loved everything about this property. So much so that I stayed longer than planned. It is a small intimate boutique hotel, beautifully designed and very very comfortable. My room was lovely, and the wonderful Maria made sure it was clean for me every day. Changing sheets and towels regularly. Although the pool is small, it doesn’t need to be much bigger because it was rarely occupied. The lovely beds are a great place to relax and watch the birds in the tree opposite. The hotel is very close to town, everything is very accessible. The hotel gives you access to sun beds at a local beach club (minimum spend 300-500 pesos). All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily go back. A huge thank you to Maria for being so kind and attentive.

Easily the best place to stay if you are in Quintana Roo. It is too bad that we only had two nights booked, but it was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The breakfast was simply amazing and rich. The restaurant was really delicious. They also had a private cenote which was a great addition to the overall experience. I would highly recommend having a rent-a-car if you are staying here, as this is the only convenient way of transportation (in Quintana Roo in general). We would definitely stay here next time we are in Quintana Roo.

Located in Akumal, Itza Hotel Akumal features an outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Clean, well decorated, quiet, located in the pueblo not far from the ocean (walking distance) which gives an authentic experience. The staff was amazing, ask for a diving class, Lara is the greatest instructor you can ask for ! Highly recommend to stay here !
