Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

We had a lovely time and John and Ruben were extremely nice and helpful with all our enquiries, and telling us about the history of the cenote. Maybe it was due to the less crowded time of year, but the entire atmosphere was extremely quiet and relaxing and it felt like almost we had the entire place all booked for ourselves. The food and natural juices were delicious too! Would love to come again!

Separate special thanks to Leo, who is a master-waiter, and to everyone at the reception desk - we really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the Milam to anyone visiting Tulum.

A magical place to stay if you are in Tulum. Far from the craziness of the beachfront and the downtown. Loved the swimming pools - both the private in the villa and the public one. The rooms were cleaned two times a day and the bed was really comfortable. Everyone was also really kind and helpful.
