Situated in Alkmaar and within 39 km of A'DAM Lookout, Luttik has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. It was for sure the most beautiful hotel I have every visited. Of course it depends what you expect, but if you prefere a small familly accomodation, it is a real gem. The whole house was built at the begin of 17th century. Interior is complete wooden, so it can happen to hear the noise from the above apartment, becasuse it is a type of the house, but if you expect 100% noise privacy and isolation you should choose a separte apartmant. The room looks better than on the photos and the window view is just amazing - directly to the channel and a typical dutch channel bridge. The owners are so friendly and helpful and thank you folks for the conversation. You can order your breakfast in the room or enjoy it at the morning street or at the table with your book. Up to all, it was really 12 of 10 points, but as I said, it depends what you prefere. If you prefere this kind of accomodation you should take it!

Located in Egmond-Binnen and within 37 km of A'DAM Lookout, Herberg Binnen features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The room was very funky, with a super comfortable bed and nice tea, coffe, snacks. The breakfast was really excellent with fresh baked bread every morning, cheese, meats and fresh fruir, with the choice of eggs. Fresh, good coffee was served with it along with fresh orange juice.

Located in Bergen, Boutique Hotel Villa Kranenbergh features a bar, shared lounge, garden, and free WiFi throughout the property. May be we didn't trust our Sat Nav. Becasue we seemed to arrive at a house in an upmarket part of Bergen - very desirable properties in a leafy brick-paved road. But, from the direction we arrived we couldn't see the Hotel name but when we turned round, there it was. A very smart, white building not obviously a hotel, discretely nestling among other properties. In actual fact, we were late getting there and Emma - who was delightful but we never go to meet her - gave us check-in information by text and it all worked perfecly. 'Wow' is the perfect word: the entrance, the lounges, the kitchen area, the outside terrace - all quite superbly presented. Up the stairs to our room which was beautifully appointed with spotless shower and toilet facilities. Very pleasant room - not large, but perfectly adequate - looked out on the street. Emma told us to help ourselves to anything we needed from the fridge in the kitchen - wine, beer, soft drinks (and note them on a tab for payment later). Crisps and snacks too. And a very welcome coffee machine. In the morning we trotted down the beautiful stairs to the warmest of welcomes from the ladies who were busy making breakfast for guests. Nothing was too much trouble and I was so impressed with the way they changed seamlessly their language from Dutch, to German, to English and back again. The hotel makes a play of it being a 'home away from home' and it felt like it. We felt like guests staying at the home of a good friend. A wonderful bolt-hole and a gentle stroll to the centre of Bergen with the restaurants and up-market shops surrounding the ruin of a former Abbey - so much choice, so pleasant. Not far from Alkmaar either, or De Zaanse Schans which is so worth visiting if you want to find out about the Dutch culture and history. We felt a bit like celebrities as the staff told us that very few English people stay. "They all go to Amsterdam and don't look any further!

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Grapèlli Boutique Hotel is located in Alkmaar, 39 km from Amsterdam Central Station and 41 km from Anne Frank House. The location could not have been more perfect, situated right in the center of the city. The room was comfortable and very pretty.

Located in Bergen aan Zee and with Bergen aan Zee Beach reachable within 100 metres, Hotel Meyer provides a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. The staff was very friendly. Even though our room wasn't ready yet, we could change and fresh up in another one. Great breakfast and location.

College Hotel Alkmaar is located in a renovated 19-centrury school in the centre of Alkmaar. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. EVERYTHING! Location. Cleanness. Breakfast. Size of the room. High ceiling room. Parking size. Resourcefulness of the staffs. AND! The uniqueness of this property - renovated building that was built for the school! A lot of history to it! The photos on the wall inside is a history teller. Very special charm to this hotel. Make sure to use the parking on site if you are here for the cheese market event. Tourists are coming to this town for this event by tourist buses from neighboring towns. With the staff's excellent recommendation, we moved our car from a street parking system (paid service) to the one at the hotel to avoid potential problems around this huge event. Take a quick visit to the park in front of the hotel. Nice and calm with some tulips and a pond with some ducks! Enjoy Alkmaar!

Strandhotel Golfzang is located at the boulevard of Egmond aan Zee, right before the beach. It offers guest rooms with free WiFi access and a restaurant on site. Each room will provide you with a TV. Our room with sea view was fantastic, breakfast also fine and the restaurant next to the hotel called Eazee is a good choice for lunch and dinner 😀

Babylon Hotel is a charming and modern 4-star hotel in Heerhugowaard. Enjoy the peaceful setting and visit the many attractions in the area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Nice reception, large room with huge comfortable bed. Coffee and tea making facilities and massive TV. Excellent shower. Heating/cooling worked well. Breakfast was great choice and plentiful. Staff were all friendly and helpful
