In the hills above Sundvollen sits Kleivstua Hotel near Krokskogen, a collection of traditional buildings carefully restored to offer modern accommodation overlooking Steinsfjord. Everything was just perfect. From the staff to accommodation and location. The breakfast was splendid, the view from the terrace was just breathtaking. We got a whole cottage for ourselves - and we even had private sauna! It felt so good after a short hike in a chilly Norwegian Summer. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel. Maybe it's because we've visited it in the summer, it wasn't crowded at all and it is great experience to be in the place like that, when there are no people and every facility is for you. Good breakfast, nice stuff. Great gaming room, we played ping pong, pool etc. Amazing view, very beautiful room design... Liked it a LOT!
