He helped us with local knowledge and planning our forward travel and day trips.

Doubtless Bay Villas features views of amazing scenery and long stretches of beautiful beaches. The property is located in northern New Zealand, a 40-minute drive from Kerikeri. The entire hotel complex was well-maintained and clean, providing a splendid view of the sea from both the room and the surroundings. We even got the chance to rent a BBQ.

We were indeed beachfront in our 2 bedroom cottage on a very golden beach. The location cannot be beat. It was so beautiful that we did not want to leave to travel up to Cape Reinga - but we pulled ourselves away and enjoyed the side trip. It is a very good departure point for Cape Reinga. The cottage itself is very nicely done with guest comfort in mind. It has a beachy feel, a huge deck with a table and seating areas on the waterfront, and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Communication with the owners was seamless and we were able to arrive without having to arrange a meet and greet. The friendliness and caring of the owners is amazing. Highly recommended.
