I sprained my ankle on a hike earlier that day and we only inquired if they had an ice machine. 10 minutes into our room the front desk lady brought me a bucket of ice. Great service all around though. And security was legitimate.

We loved everything about our stay at Pool House! Adriana, Pao and Rodrigo were all so kind and helpful, the facilities are great, and value for money is incredible. The rooms are even better than in the photos, extra kitchen ingredients like pasta, rice and spices are all provided for free, and we fell in love with the hostel dog and cat! Highly, highly recommended!
