We had stayed at The 18 La Marsa Guest House a few days prior. Our experience was so positive that we decided to cancel our reservation at Sousse and rebook our last night in Tunisia with The 18. Our hosts were extremely helpful and on both stays we had great conversations with them. The accommodations are cozy and comfortable but more importantly ever so convenient to the airport. This is the perfect location for anyone who is departing from Tunis airport in the morning, whether you have a rental car (as we did) or not.

Look no further for your hotel in Tunis. Dar Souad is owned and ran by a mother and her two daughters, and they absolutely built the most beautiful boutique hotel we have ever stayed at. The beds were comfy, the bathroom came with a towel heater, and the breakfast each morning was specially crafted. The location is a short walk from La Marsa and short tram from Carthage, and we loved sitting by the pool playing cards. Absolutely 11/10 experience and wouldn’t change a thing

An amazing boutique hotel gem in the middle of the action in La marsa. The highlight of this hotel is the owner family running the place. Theres so much artwork and artifacts scattered on all floors that ties in Tunisian history and culture with fantastic architectural feature that makes this such a unique stay. the rooftop views are amazing and relaxing by the small pool was great. the owner was very friendly and informative and it felt like he brought us into his family.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, perfect location, best quality materials, totally equiped kitchen, great bathroom, 2 air con, balconies, terrace, the location is perfect, the neighbourhood is lovely and secure, and the host Mohamad was super nice and helpful. The neighbourhood "La Marsa" has restaurants, the and coffee places, vibrant nightlife, supermarkets, and is very cool and young. Everything was better than expected and I truly recommend it 100% : )

Nice modern hotel located on the corniche in LA Marsa. All staff were exceptional, attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a suite with sea view and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Location is excellent with wide variety of dining experiences on your doorstep.

The establishment is basically a hidden gem in La Marsa. The decoration, architecture and especially rooms have a mystical and magical feeling to them, details from the past and traditional Tunisian culture mixed with the interior restauration and rework makes it an out of time and space place

In the middle of La Marsa with the beach 2 mins away and everything within reach. The apartment was well equipped and the furniture was super nice and traditional. The host was exceptional as he accommodated us so much regarding the check in time.

I liked everything about this property. It's gorgeous, comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location in La marsa. It's also quiet. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and polite. The dar is beautiful and beautifully decorated.

The staff were lovely, breakfast was fantastic and the room had a great sea-view balcony. It was also very clean and smelled amazing when I arrrived! The hotel is also a 10 minute walk along the beach to the centre of La Marsa

Apartment really nice, modern, clean and has everything to stay for few days or even longer time. The host also very nice and easy communication. More than happy, that I chose this aparmtnet for my time in La Marsa.

excellent property, facilities and staff! Breakfast was outstanding! the pool and the beach were also amazing. Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to! Will return!

15 min walk to the la marsa beach, bars and restaurants, the local area is safe and plenty of cheap restaurants and groceries close by And the house not on the main street so its quiet, 10 min by taxi to sidi bosaid& carthage and 20 min to the airport & medina the house is big, clean and all facilities are there and communication with the host was excellent Very economic price
