Location: the hotel location let you feel like you are in Trabzon but not really in Trabzon as it about 10-15 min driving to the center. Location is spectacular as it is away from the noise and crowd and give you a wide view to the Black Sea. Room type: We have stayed 5 nights in this Hotel in room type “suite with sea view and garden”. Basically it is located in the ground floor which make it safe and easy for kids to play on the yard. However, if you are looking for better sea view, then, probably you would like to book for upper floor rooms. We found the room ready, equipped with all essentials, clean “same as pictures in booking.com” and rooms are sound prof . Staff: mr. Faseh in reception is very supportive and his manager Cobra will try her best to compensate you with best offers if it happens and you feel unsatisfied about anything. Finally, I really like the cosy design of the place, and I’ll definitely come again next time .

If you want to visit Amsra and the Black Sea region but are put off by the outdated, overpriced hotels along the coast - I highly recommend staying in Bartin and visiting from there (20 minutes drive). Kaf Konak is a gem of a hotel, with a beautiful garden and a restaurant with full bar (which can be difficult to find in the area). Rooms are on the small side but beautifully furnished and restored in line with the historic nature of the building. If I come to the area again, I hope to stay at Kaf Konak again!

Landscape was amazing! It makes you feel like you are in egzotic southern city. It exceed my expectations. Sea was clean and warm. Hotel stuff was friendly. Restaurant food was quite tasty and good. The view is amazing, exactly how it is shown in web photos on Sera Lake. They care about service. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel and rooms are super clean. I used their VIP car for tour in the last day of my stay and I felt that I messed up as I could have used it earlier as it is very comfortable and luxury. I suggest that you don’t book tours in advance and you could just use their VIP car if you’re traveling with family.
