This guest house is fine if you understand that it’s a budget place to stay that is conveniently located near the gate but not inside the park. We read the reviews beforehand so we weren’t surprised. There were lights but no other power and not much water coming out of the shower but enough to manage. Parking is secure. The staff were really kind and helpful and the breakfast was ok.

I have sung with them, danced with them, walked with them, and thoroughly enjoyed the company and the lessons of one of kindest people I have met in my many travels. Breakfast great, location good - 20 mins from Queen Elizabeth National Park and genuinely overlooking the lake from where you can her the hippos. Room huge, bathroom luxurious and service unbelievably good. They even washed my filthy pick-up whilst I was on a game drive. We will be back.

Complete with a garden, a terrace and a bar, Kazinga Wilderness Safari Camp is set in Kasese, 10 km from Queen Elizabeth National Park and 29 km from Kyambura Game Reserve. Breakfast was fine. Our Lodge was a bit of a walk and I suffer from Afib so we drove the 500 mtrs back and forth. Great staff. Francis rules! Wifi no good at outer Lodges so they need a booster.

The rooms were huge, very nicely decorated, with beautiful view on Kazinga channel, the staff was very friendly, amazingly helpful and really cared about us. The helped us to organize the boat experience, and also sent back my glasses that I left in the room. The food was delicious. It was our best stay in Uganda. This is a place with a soul, where you feel alway welcomed.
