The king sofa room layout was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and in good condition, and the lighting options were better than in any other hotel I have stayed in. Most importantly, it had decent blackout curtains. A great place for a 5-day stay. Not all the services were available because of covid but the hotel did a good job in the circumstances. Location was well-situated for a fall trip to the Berkshires. It was newer inside and in better shape than some other hotels in the courtyard chain we have stayed at recently.

The hotel is beside a creek and there's a nice patio area for relaxing by the water. There's also a nice balcony outside the 2nd floor rooms (there are patios on the first floor). The balconies/patios aren't private but it's still wonderful to have a spot to sit and enjoy the view of the Berkshires. Breakfast is continental, but it's a nice selection. Most of all, the owners are extremely friendly and always available to help.

The location is perfect for all your needs. We shopped, dined, hiked, and just enjoyed the area. The hotel for the cost is excellent. Bed was comfortable. Room had enough amenities for us. If you want value and you don't expect brand new rooms, this is a perfect place. Clean and safe and did I mention location. If you want to unwind for a couple of days in the Berkshires and not break the bank, this is a great place!

The whole hotel was very nice and our room was especially great. It was so spacious, even the bathroom, which was well appointed and conveniently set up. We ate at Jae's on our second night and the food was great. It was especially nice not to have to leave the hotel for dinner as the weather was cold and rainy that evening. I would love to stay here again to check out even more of the Berkshires on another trip!

Welcoming staff, great location just off the main streets in Lenox. This is a beautifully maintained and elegant old inn of character. Bedroom space was generous (king bedroom) and there were nice touches like continuous coffee, apple cider and snacks in the breakfast room beside reception. The area was brimming with Fall colour. Lenox is a great starting point for touring this part of the Berkshires.

This is my fourth stay at the property. The location is perfect for exploring the Berkshires. The lakefront rooms are wonderful and well-appointed. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Breakfast is a very nice continental with great coffee! Great value any time of the year. Excellent restaurant onsite with Indian cuisine.

I found the place on the expensive side, but then I was travelling through the Berkshires on a lovely mid-summer weekend without a reservation for Saturday night. This hotel had one room left. I felt fortunate. Everything was small but the woodsy setting straddling a mountain stream was very pleasant.

The East Rock Inn was exactly what I was searching for in the Berkshires. Clean and new, amazing location, responsive staff - I can’t say enough good things about this gem of a hotel! I will definitely be telling all my friends about it and am planning my next trip for the summer!

33 Main was not only extremely comfortable and sylishly appointed, but also well positioned for any exploration of the Berkshires in general. The breakfast at the hotel itself was fantastic, and Lenox boasts several excellent restaurants that we enjoyed in the evenings.

From the location to the wonderful room, this place is the best. It is affordable without sacrificing amenities. The young couple who manage this hotel are so kind and welcoming. We will always stay here when we get away to the Berkshires.

The hotel was extremely clean and charming as it was decorated in a "Visit the Berkshires" vintage theme. Indoor pool was great but could have been a little warmer. Hot tub was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great staff with guest safety in mind. Due to Covid, breakfast was limited but still hearty. The hotel is located just outside of downtown Great Barrington which is a good jumping off spot to explore the Berkshires.

I did not know there was breakfast..wish I had. We love the pool and hottub and homey feel of the apt...so much nicer than a hotel room. Great location for going any direction in the Berkshires or Adirondacks.

Great location for the Berkshires and esp. downtown Great Barrington. Apparently it's a favorite for Appalachian Trail hikers. Clean comfortable room.

Great building with lots of amenities and charming rustic features. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. When open, the restaurant serves great food. Also a good location for exploring the Berkshire area.

Owner was very kind. We returned from a day trip late and he allowed us to still use the pool despite being closed. Rooms appeared recently renovated and looked great. Very clean.

comfy bed, large modern bathroom, nice continental breakfast, pretty landscaping, easy to bring out my dog and give him a walk, great location for exploring North Adams area

We had an apartment which had all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable and the view across to the pool was lovely.

The property is beautiful and the lake view is lovely.
