This place was the most awesomeness place we’ve stayed at it made you feel like you were camping inside the hotel we went biking and they even had the bike mounts on the walls so your bikes can hang it was just an all-around cool experience. This place is so awesome I would recommend this to anyone that passes through Mount Shasta and I’ve stayed at several locations in Mount Shasta none that I can complain about but this place was over the top decorated and the experience that I was looking for for mountain biking and everything!!!!

We all really liked the hospitality of the owners and the wonderful house. It was like visiting some good old friends. Great views of Mount Shasta and close proximity to the lake. The delicious breakfast exceeded our expectations. The special treat surprised and pleased no less. We have already managed to tell our friends about this magical hotel and wonderful people who created an unforgettable atmosphere of love and harmony. Thanks Kris and David. The location of the Mount Shasta Resort is unbeatable. Hiking right outside your door and cabins set away that provides a fairly quiet time. The rooms are exceptionally large and have all the needed amenities - fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, lots of tea bags, hairdryer. There are large rooms with kitchens perfect for a family that needs an extended stay and I have used those facilities on previous occasions.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown Mount Shasta. Walking distance to.. everything. Loved how history of the building and the town was incorporated in the interior design. Very clean and cozy room. Had a great experience here.

Nice accomodations in a small town, reasonable price for the stay, front desk clerks were friendly, and allowed me to check in my room a little early. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel, when I visited the Mount Shasta area.

Mount Shasta is our very favorite. Destination we are still able to hike. And are astounded by the mountain. your hotel is wonderful for taking video even from the room..

Very good stay with consideration to the low price. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

The lady that checked us in was so very nice. We talked for a minute and she had me laughing so hard. I booked the room literally as we were walking through the door and she was not upset that she had to wait for the fax from the booking agent. Just a very nice lady. Also she gave us the name of a very good place to eat in walking distance. The bathroom had a big tub very nice. Also a desk to set and work if the need be. Will stay there again most definitely.

Charming motel was comfortable, clean and in a terrific location - easy access to the I-5 but far enough away to be very quiet. Lovely treed view with a hillside of wild flowers. Manager very pleasant, provided us with some of Dunsmuir's history. Would like to have had time to visit the town, definitely would stay at the Lodge again.

Breakfast was really good; restaurant quality delivered to the door. Far superior to normal hotels offerings. Room was really cozy, very big, and nice upgrades. Instructions to get to the inn and after hours check in were clear. However, without the light on the property entrance sign it is easy to miss after dark. Google Maps will take you past the driveway.

It was amazing to visit Mt Shasta, and it was a great choice to stay at Mt Shasta Inn. It was perfect. I really recommend this place.

The location was absolutely stunning and the view of Mt. Shasta was awesome. It was also down the street from my best friends house, whom I was visiting, so I'll be staying again next time. Little apartments were quiet and I didn't hear any of my neighbors at any time.
